DIRECTOR
I came into Coastline Bible Preschool in 2018 as the assistant director and have been serving as the director since 2020. Previously, I worked with older children, K-8th grade, for 12 years. Although I spent so much time with older kids, I never imagined being at a preschool, but God had other plans. I often joke that I have a job that I never wanted, and I love it! I believe that the purpose that God has for my life is to love people.
My favorite part of my job is building relationships with parents, students, and teachers. In my down time I like to look for sea glass, listen to live music, and spend as much time as possible in the water.

KINDERGARTEN LEAD TEACHER
I currently teach the Kindergarten class and have been teaching in almost every class since 2018, with 3 of those years in the Elementary class. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and have been married for 5 years with a beautiful daughter. In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach and searching for sea glass, as well as going to Disneyland. One of the things I love most about my job is the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with our students and community. At Coastline Bible Preschool, we are more than just staff—we are a family.

MONKEYS (PRE-K) LEAD TEACHER
I have been a part of the Coastline Bible Preschool team of teachers since 2012. I have many years of teaching experience in a variety of local school settings, from Faith-Based preschools to the Early Head Start program. My experience includes working with Infants through Elementary aged children in after-school care settings. I hold an AS Degree in Early Childhood Development, ECE Certificate, CPR / First Aid training, and a Site Supervisor Permit. I am excited to be an ongoing part of the ministry at Coastline Bible Preschool, and feel that teaching young children is the most important job there is. They are precious gifts from God, and I enjoy nothing more than instilling in them the love of God through Bible stories.

KOALAS LEAD TEACHER
I have been teaching here at Coastline since 2018, and currently teach the Koalas class. I am expecting a baby girl this October (my first) and am so excited! I love teaching at Coastline Bible Preschool. Something I love about working here is seeing the kiddos learn to do things on their own and be so proud of themselves!

KOALAS ASSISTANT TEACHER
I am a teacher’s aide in the Koalas and have been at Coastline since 2022. Prior to that, I worked in the grocery business for 40 years. I am a big fan of the Celtics and the 49ers! I love my job because I work with great people, and we get to pray & teach the kids about God.

FOXES LEAD TEACHER
I am currently teaching the Foxes class and have been teaching at Coastline since 2018. The staff is so Christ-led that they make the job worth coming every day. I love teaching kids about God daily. My mom always quoted, “Teach them in the ways of the Lord and they shall not depart.” I get to use the gifts God gave me to honor Him every day: the gift of loving kids.

ASSISTANT TEACHER (ALL CLASSES)
I have been assistant teaching since 2022. I am the wife of a Veteran and a mom of (almost) two. I love hockey, surfing with my family, and reading. I love my job because it is Kingdom building! I have seen the impact this school has made on my own child, as well as kids who attended here years ago. I love seeing kids learn that Jesus loves them, and they can share that love with others. I love being there for the kids when they are away from home and helping them in any way that I can!

LAMBS LEAD TEACHER
I am the lead teacher in the Lambs classroom (18 months - 2 year olds) & have been teaching at the Preschool since 2016. I even attended the Preschool when I was three years old and later on became a member at Coastline Bible Church in 2004. I enjoy serving at Coastline in the Children’s and Hospitality ministry.
I love working with this age group because I get to teach the kiddos about Jesus & how much He loves them. I also love observing connections the kiddos make in exploring, learning, and their development (emotionally, physically, socially, and cognitive).

LAMBS ASSISTANT TEACHER
I am the assistant teacher in the Lambs class and have been with Coastline since 2023. I love the Lord, and I strive to follow him every day. I am currently getting my Associate’s Degree in Child Development. I absolutely love nature, the beach, and the mountains. I try to be outside as much as possible. One thing I love about my job is that I get to teach the kids things about the world, and I get to love them like Jesus does.

Our amazing teachers and staff all have a heart for Jesus and for children.
